In my personal opinion, everyone should practice Mandala Dance, and I truly believe that it will transform their life the way it transformed mine. Mandala Dance is a way of life. A life of clear presence, self-awareness, and joy.Mariana Germanova — a certified Mandala Dance instructor from Burgas, Bulgaria

Mariana Germanova is a certified Mandala Dance instructor from Burgas, Bulgaria. In this video she speaks about the years before the practice as a time of confusion and lost energy, when nothing she wanted came easily. Meditation and seminars on feminine energy became her first step inward; Mandala Dance came next and, in her words, marked "the biggest change in my life." A year later she chose to train as an instructor and to study with Maya Mandala herself — a decision that shaped everything that followed.
She describes this period plainly. Her life felt like a mess, she was confused, and she lacked energy; things were not going well at work or in her personal life, and every goal took enormous effort. She had no clear goals and no plan for the life she wanted, and she describes her days as running on repeat — "wake up, eat, go back to bed, and repeat." She felt her life was not complete, could not enjoy anything, and was not happy.
Her turning point began quietly — with meditation and a gradual turn toward her inner self. Attending seminars and trainings on women's energy, she realised how profoundly she had lost herself and how deeply she had forgotten what she truly valued. Then, at one of those seminars, she met Mandala Dance. At the very first practice, she says, she "remembered this ancient knowledge" and felt filled with joy and happiness. As she kept training, she became more self-aware, began to pay attention to her inner state and her true desires, and set herself three goals — after which, in her words, everything she wanted began to happen "easily and naturally, without any extra effort."
"She helped me remember that I carry the spark of creation within me. She's an angel. An angel who lives here on Earth and helps us reconnect with ancient knowledge and life."
A year after her first practice, Mariana decided to become an instructor of Mandala Dance and to learn from Maya Mandala herself — the meeting she describes as "like traveling through time." That decision shaped everything that followed. She has been training with Maya Mandala since 2018 and continues to today; in the years since the video she has been certified as a Mandala Dance host at Level 2 personally by Maya Mandala, and she is the only officially certified Mandala Dance host in Bulgaria. She regularly attends Maya's Mandala Dance retreats to confirm her level of training, as well as tantric and self-development seminars — she is confirmed for the next Mandala Dance retreat in Austria this November — and now leads regular Mandala Dance classes in Burgas and Sofia, alongside meditations and personal consultations.
