About me

My path into Mandala Dance

I am Aistė Samulienė, a certified Mandala Dance instructor from Lithuania and a student of Maya Mandala. I first heard about the practice at a Peruquois workshop and wanted to dance it. Later, after receiving a message from women in my own country, I came to my first circle — and felt: "this is truly my dance." In 2018 I met Maya Mandala in Estonia, and since October 2018 I have been leading women's circles in the Mandala Dance practice.

I am a Radiant Feminine Mentor, an Aura-Soma practitioner since 2011, a shamanic practitioner since 2012 and a Moon Mother since 2015. I lead women's circles, meditations, workshops and transition ceremonies, supporting women through important transitions in life — from body cycles to relationships.

I am a wife and a mother of three children, living in the Vilnius district, Lithuania. I lead practices online and in person, and retreats in Lithuania, the UK, Switzerland and Belgium. I help women reconnect with their body, their femininity and their natural rhythm.
