Level 3 Mandala Dance facilitator, student of Maya Mandala. Holds women's practices, women's circles and Kobido facial massage in Bali.
Gentle women's practices and women's circles in Bali: Mandala Dance, movement meditations, Kobido facial massage. Helps women reconnect with the body, release tension and rediscover the beauty of movement.
I first encountered the Mandala practice in 2012. Before that I studied oriental dance, joined workshops and competitions, and performed on stage. Deep inside I felt that dance is a movement of the soul, carrying strength and freedom.
I was looking for inner harmony through dance. At that time my life held many family challenges, work brought no joy, and I lost my bearings. Mandala Dance resonated at once — in the practice I found dance and self-healing together.
Since then this has been my path of self-discovery. Much has been lived through: harmony in my relationships with family, healing, and a return to myself. Today I enjoy life, do what I love, and keep exploring and growing in creativity.
I am a Level 3 Mandala Dance facilitator and I teach Kobido facial massage. I live and practise in Ufa and Bali. Through dance I meet myself every day, and I never stop being amazed at how much potential is hidden in every woman who comes to the practice.
Love said to me: “There is nothing here that is not myself. Listen…”
