Mukta Mayoori is a mantra-music performer and mantra-yoga teacher from India, raised in the Samskrita Vedic tradition and the lineage of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Yogananda Paramahamsa. Before discovering Mandala Dance she spent years in energy-healing practices, then nearly a decade working in advertising. She describes meeting Maya as a sacred, blessed encounter — and since then Mandala Dance has become part of her own path: she is a certified Level 1 teacher, is continuing her training at Level 2, and now leads her own mantra-practice retreats.
Mukta describes the practice as "a mantra for the body" — a movement of energy that shows up not only on a subtle level but physically too, bringing alignment, centeredness and confidence on a physical, mental, spiritual and emotional level. In her words, Mandala Dance "has evoked a lot of memories from my past life, from my soul memory," filling her with a sense of deep femininity — not the stereotype of mere sensuousness, but wisdom and inner leadership: a woman who "knows it all and is simply unfolding and blossoming in her own wisdom."
Mukta's spiritual journey spans years: the Samskrita Vedic tradition since she was seven, the lineage of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Yogananda Paramahamsa, seven years of energy healing, past-life regression, Reiki, EFT. Then came nearly a decade in the advertising industry — before, in her words, the question of "where do I stand in my life" brought her back, this time through the sacred practice of Mandala Dance.
"This practice, for me, is not just an acquisition of a new skill. It's something that stays with you, that changes you so fundamentally and so profoundly that it becomes a part of you."
Maya Mandala is a practitioner and teacher, creator of the Mandala Dance method, and leader of programs on working with the body, femininity and masculinity, and tantric and contemplative practices. Her seminars and retreats take place both in Russia and abroad.

More. Mukta didn't just attend a single seminar — she's a certified teacher of the practice, continuing her training at Level 2. Her testimonial is the perspective of someone who became part of the method itself, not a one-time participant.
Several years — it began with a meeting Mukta herself describes as sacred and deeply significant, which grew into a deep immersion in the practice of Mandala Dance.
