Warm-up for hands (Recommended for preparing for the Mandala Dance)
It is aimed at opening and forming the correct position of the upper body, aligning the movements of the arms, shoulders, and hands. We discover the movement of energy through the Central body channel, open the heart, build proper breathing throughout the body, balance left and right hemisphere.
For most women, it is difficult to hold energy in their hands while dancing, as the body is blocked and the energy does not circulate properly. This type of warm-up gives a clear vision of the movements, their correct sequence, shows how the flow of energy moves inside the body during the practice.
It is important to practice regulary if you want to align the correct position of hands and body for the Mandala Dance.

Language: Russian (Not any specific instructions are given during the class, so you can easily repeat all the moves even if you are not Russian speaker)
